Born in Padua, Italy, Pietro Dente is an artist whose work mainly focuses on cities. He graduated from the Drama, Art and Music Studies University in Bologna.

In his works, urban views of international cities are transfigured combining multiple levels of colour with polycarbonate plates that create a three-dimensional perspective. His paintings have been on display in Bologna, Rome, Venice, Belfast and Hameenlinna, Finland.
