Elaine Breinlinger

"One of the only activities that activates, stimulates and uses the entire brain is Music."

Elaine Breinlinger is a sculptor who collects abandoned jazz instruments and re-works their form as they hold a fascination connected to their history.

Jazz has always been a part of her life since the very day when she amazingly lunched at Cafe Royal in Piccadilly with Louis Armstrong.

Elaine lived all over the world, in the Middle East, Far East, Europe and now she lives and works in her studio in Hackney.
